I have forgotten my password or username, to reset your password, follow these steps:

1. Click Login on the top right corner of the page and tap Forgot Password?
2. Enter your Username and date of birth.
3. Click Continue.
4. You'll then be asked to answer two security questions in order to reset your password.
5. Once you have completed these steps you will be able to reset your password and then login with the new password.

If you have forgotten your username please contact customer support.

Generally, card withdrawals take 2-3 working days to reach your account. Please note that, due to bank processing times, withdrawals can take 5 working days to reach your account.
